Our approach to privacy

OZ Rider Motorcycle Tours and Rentals respects your privacy. We have developed our own privacy principles which embody the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). OZ Rider Motorcycle Tours and Rentals we will treat and protect information we receive, including any personal information, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers or credit card details, in accordance with these obligations.

During the course of our feedback process, we will inevitably collect information about you that is categorised as personal information under the Privacy Act. We will collect and use this information to improve our services and our communication to you. This is in relation to both our legal services and our value-add services, such as seminars, publications and entertainment. For this purpose and for any other purposes for which information is provided to us, we may share your information with other members of the Allens Arthur Robinson group, including those located outside Australia.
